CELEBRATING THE FIRST SHIPMENT OF IRON ORE FROM THE SOUDAN MINE !
 

The Tower-Soudan Historical Society takes great pleasure in inviting you to participate in the first ever arts, crafts, and antique show in celebration of the opening of the Soudan Underground Mine. Located on the shores of beautiful Lake Vermilion, Tower and Soudan are on the way to Ely, Minnesota and the famous Boundary Waters. Ely's Blueberry Festival coincides with this historical date which means Thousands ( we aren't kidding ) will be passing through.

LOCATION: Tower Civic Center and City Park just off highway 169. The Tower-Soudan Historical Society Museum and antique train are a high light of the park.

DATES: Friday July 25, Saturday July 26, and Sunday July 27, 2008

TIMES: Friday 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

EXHIBIT REQUIREMENTS: High quality arts, crafts, and antiques. We may be in the woods but we know quality!

** All exhibit spaces measure 10' X 10'
** Exhibitors provide their own canopy or tent
** Some sites have electricity but we must be advised pre-show if you need electricity
** Spaces are on blacktop, grass and a limited amount in the Civic Center
** No tables are provided

FOOD VENDORS REQUIRE SEPARATE CONSIDERATION AND A DIFFERENT RATE APPLIES

PUBLICITY: The Tower-Soudan Historical Society will publicize Depot Days through newspapers, radio, and television and the Mid West Art Fair magazine.
