Depot Days 2009

Welcome to Depot Days 2009

Craft Vendors:

Craft Vendor display/sale spaces are on a first come, first served, space available basis, based on application date. Priority is given to returning vendors. Spaces are 10’ wide x 10’deep. The cost per space is $75.00. Multiple spaces may be purchased for larger displays.  There will be no space available inside the Civic Center this year. For those returning vendors who were inside last year, you must make arrangements for tent cover for your booth. Depot days will not provide any tents. If you need a tent, they may be purchased at Sam’s club with all side curtains for approximately $200.00.

Depot Days hours are:                                 Friday:                 noon       to     6 PM
Saturday               9 AM      to     6 PM
Sunday                  11 AM    to     5 PM.

All vendors are required to have their booth open and staffed for all hours of the show. There will be no early tear down allowed. Due to Fire regulations, there will be no vehicles allowed in the vendor designated spaces or area walkways during the hours of the show. Vehicle deliveries of supplies to your space must be made before or after the show each day.  Sunday Morning there will be a non-denominational hymn sing beginning about 10AM. Vendors are not required to be open during this time, but you may if you wish.

Depot Days shall have a designated vendor parking area for your personal and/or company vehicles and trailers. Maps will be available on the Friday of our Festival.

The Festival Coordinator will assign all spaces for all vendors. Consideration will be given for special needs, such as electrical power requirements, handicapped vendors, or other needs listed on your application. In any and all disputes or disagreements, the Festival Coordinator shall be the final authority. The Festival Coordinator shall have the right and authority to close your booth for Festival, Fire, or Health rules violations.

There shall be no alcoholic beverages of any kind allowed on the Festival grounds.

Violation of any of the Festival Rules may result in not being invited to return in subsequent years, or in the closing of your booth and being removed from the grounds.

Applications need to be submitted ASAP. Payments shall be made along with the application. Every attempt is being made to assure you and the public that we have a wide cross section and mix of crafts for sale. In the event we restrict numbers of vendors selling the same type of craft, priority will be given to the earliest applicant. The Coordinator will notify all vendors of their acceptance or rejection.

All vendors shall provide a completed Minnesota Department of Revenue ST-19 for sales and use tax form with their application. No vendor will be allowed to participate without this completed form on file. For those of you making application through our website forms, please click on the link to get to the State form for downloading and completion.
As we are all aware, weather plays a huge factor in the success of our Festival, we can hope for the best and deal with what we get. The Festival Coordinators and staff wish you and all of us great weather and large crowds. Good luck to all of us
